<p>It is very critical subjects recruiting, organizational development for both industrial and organizational psychology and human resources diciplin at service sectors, besides it can be often came across with nepotism fact during recruitment process. Are there any difference about recruiting, nepotism and organizational development between human resources workers who works tourism and automotive sector? The purpose of this research is to carry out with content analysis on 10 human resources workers’s opinions with respect to recruitment, organizational development and nepotism in tourism and automotive sectors. In accordance with this purpose that data were collected with semi structured interview form as interview method by researchers from human resources workers who work at five stars hotels and automotive sectors in Antalya city centre. The data were analyzed via Nvivo 10 qualitative program on computer. According to results; it is used substantially internet for application to work by both white collars and blue collars in recruiting process. It is came forward communication skills, work experience when human resources workers interview with white collars with respect to recruiting process. It is came forward work experience and technical skill in blue collars in recruiting process it is used most language test, aptitude test and personality test in white collars. As for organizational development it is made a point of communication skills, team working and personal evolution in White collars while job training and job security training in blue collars. It was connected low motivation of employees and time constraints difficulties in organizational development. It is supposed prevalance of nepotism between 10%-40% percentage in tourism sector while this percentage between 2%-30% in automotive sector.</p> <p><strong>Key Words:</strong> Industrial Psychology, Recruitment, Organizational Development, Nepotism, Human Resources.</p>
