<p> </p> <p>The purpose of this research is to analysis on cyberloafing with respect to personality, gender, age and education variables at work life. For this purpose, Cyberloafing Scale (CS) and Personality Scale (PS) were applied to 296 voluntarily participants (182 women, 61.50% and 114 men 38.50%). The participants work a municipality as white collar workers in Akdeniz region in Turkey. CS were devoloped by Lim (2002), Henle and Blanchard (2008) and the</p> <p>scale, was adapted to Turkish by Örücü and Yıldız (2014). PS was devoloped by Eysenck and Eysenck (1978) and the scale was adapted to Turkish by Cantez (1984). Confirmatory factor analysis was performed to CS with LISREL 8.7 for validity analysis by researcher. It was applied Pearson Correlation, t test and multiple regression analysis on research data via SPSS 22 version. According to results; both major cyberloafing subdimension and minor cyberloafing subdimension of the cyberloafing which were found significantly and medium level positive correlation between introvert – extrovert and neurotic subdimensions of the personality. It was found significantly difference between gender (in favor of males) and subdimension of cyberloafing of which minor cyberloafing. The obtained results were discussed as to how the present study expands on previous researches, and prepositions for future research were indicated.</p> <p><strong>Keywords: </strong>Industrial Psychology, Cyberloafing, Personality, Work Life.</p>
