Özet

The aim of our study is evaluated 1) the efficacy of amiodarone on occurrence and maintenance of sinus rhythm with using DC cardioversion in patients with MVR and Atrial fibrillation (AF) and; 2) the effects of obtaining sinus rhythm on the pulmonary circulation and functional capacity.
