Özet

Bu araştırmanın amacı, 12 yıllık zorunlu eğitimde (4+4+4) eğitim sisteminde, öğretmenlerin görüşlerinin incelenmesi branş öğretmenlerinin yaşadıkları sorunları söz konusu öğretmenlerin görüşlerine göre değerlendirmek ve yaşanan uyum sürecine ilişkin öneriler geliştirmektir. Araştırma branş öğretmenlerine uygulanmıştır. Araştırma ölçme aracı olarak anket kullanılmıştır. Ölçme aracında elde edilen verilerin, değerlendirilmesinde frekans, yüzdelik ve kay-kare istatistik tekniği uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada okulların fiziksel, eğitim kademeleri arasında geçiş, bilgilendirme, öğretim programlarının uygulanabilirliği, öğrencilerin okula başlangıçtaki gelişimsel sorunlarının 4+4+4 uygulamalarında gözden geçirilmesi ve çözüme ulaştırılması sonucuna varılmıştır. Cinsiyete göre konu ile ilgili görüşler arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmamıştır (p>0,05).

The purpose of this study, the 12-year compulsory education ( 4 +4 +4 ) system, teachers' assess their problems and develop recommendations for as long as is. Methods: This research is a descriptive study. The universe of study in the province of Antalya branch teachers who work constitutes. Research on duty in the province of Antalya, and with randomly selected 50 people participated . MEB page located in the "4 +4 +4 Education System Problems Related to the survey" was applied. Data, assessing frequency, percentage and Chi-square statistical techniques were applied. Results: In the study by sex industry between the opinions of teachers on the subject statistically significant difference was found ( p> 0.05). Conclusion: the physical conditions of the school, the transition between the levels of education, information, education program, the applicability of the students' school 4 +4 +4 application of developmental problems in the initial revision was concluded.
