Özet

Laser diffuse optical tomography devices are biomedical optic tomography systems which are using laser light source. Specific wavelength laser light is sent inside the sub-tissue. Back-reflected laser light is acquired from some detector distance away from source position as photo-current by photo-detectors. Measured photo-current intensity is substituted inside the forward-model. Inverse problem solution algorithms are applied to solve forward-model equation system. Then sub-tissue images are reconstructed, eventually. In this work, one novel auxiliary forward model weight matrix generation method is proposed. DOT devices are running based on the illuminating the laser source light on tissue surface, then acquiring back-reflected light from tissue-surface from some detector distance, then using these measured light intensities inside the inverse problem solution algorithms and eventually calculating unknown absorption differences over background and putting them inside the image reconstruction protocols. Photons are migrating inside the sub-tissue according to chromophores's light absorption and scattering coefficients. Photons are scattered and absorbed then drawing some trajectories between source and detector positions. These trajectories are usually banana-like trajectories. These trajectories are forward model transfer function coefficients. Forward model equation outputs are perturbation data which is division of consecutive measurements with inclusion and without inclusion. In this work 10x10x20 ( x, y, z) unit, 3 cmx3 cmx2 cm unit lengths simulative tissue sample has been created to test forward model static and dynamic volume structures.
