Özet

Background: Therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) is a useful tool for the optimization of drug therapy. The aim of this retrospective study was to evaluate the appropriateness of carbamazepine, phenytoin, valproic acid, and digoxin therapy by using TDM data.
