Özet

In this study, 416 single, 80 cocktail and 97 pink tomato lines in the F6 level in the gene pool of Anamas Tohum company were subjected to the classical test with the ToBRFV factor. When the tomatoes reached the true two-leaf stage, mechanical inoculation was made with the "ToBRFV-Ant-Tom: MT107885" isolates, which we had, at regular intervals, with the "soft sponge pad" method. Observation of the symptoms of the disease factor continued until the 6th cluster fruits of tomato plants were reddened. With the end of the developmental period of the plants and the completion of the observations, 51 tomato lines that did not show any disease symptoms on leaves and fruits were determined to be tolerant against ToBRFV. Among these lines, 30 lines of single tomatoes, 13 lines of cocktail tomatoes and 8 lines of pink tomatoes are in the group. ToBRFV symptoms were not observed during the growing period of the planted genotypes. In order to obtain hybrid varieties by crossing the lines representing the genotypes, emasculation processes were carried out. As a result of hybridization of all lines within their own groups, 870 hybrid varieties were obtained in the single tomato group, 156 hybrid varieties in the cocktail group, and 56 hybrid varieties in the pink group. The 1082 hybrid varieties obtained were planted in greenhouses in 2020 Fall season and 2021 Spring season. 28 single, 15 cocktail and 3 pink tomato cultivars were determined, which stood out against the witnesses with their hybrid performance and did not show signs of ToBRFV. At the end of the large-scale trials of the cultivars, registration and production permit applications will be made and commercialized.
