Özet

Objective. Hypoxia Inducible Factor-lot (HIF-1 alpha) is a transcriptional factor that activates multiple genes including Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF) and glucose transporter-1 (GLUT-1) in response to hypoxia and promotes neoangiogenesis.
