Özet

Changes in berry parameters of 6 grape cultivars were studied from berry set to maturity in Antalya. These cultivars named Atasarisi, Ergin Cekirdeksiz, Yalova Cekirdeksiz, Yalova Incisi and Uslu were newly released by Ataturk Horticultural Research Institute in Yalova, Turkey. Alphonse Lavallee served as control cultivar. Length, width, weight, acidity and total soluble solids of berries were recorded at weekly intervals from beginning of June until during two years(1994 and 1995). Although acidity increased during the first weeks of berry growth, it decreased drastically thereafter. Other parameters gradually increased from berry set to maturity. Uslu had the earliest and Atasarisi and Alphonse Lavalle had the latest harvest dates. All parameters dealing with berry size were highest in Atasarisi followed by Alphonse lavalle.
