Özet

Bu araştırma rekreasyon etkinliklerindeki hizmet kalitesine yönelik ölçüm modellerini incelemek amacıyla ikincil veriler kullanılarak hazırlanmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında ağırlıklı olarak ISI Web of Science indeksi ve söz konusu indeksin Ağırlama, Boş Zaman, Spor ve Turizm (Hospitality, Leisure, Sport and Tourism) kategorisindeki dergiler taranmış ve rekreasyonel hizmet kalitesi çalışmaları incelenmiştir. İncelenen çalışmalarda; rekreasyonel hizmet kalitesine yönelik ölçümlerde son yıllarda ciddi bir artış olduğu, daha çok nicel çalışmalardan oluştuğu, uygulama yeri olarak en fazla Amerika seçildiği ve en fazla SERVQUAL ölçeği kullanıldığı tespit edilmiştir. 

In this research, secondary planning was prepared by examining the measurement models for service quality in recreational activities. Within the scope of the research, mainly the ISI Web of Science index and the index in the category of Hospitality, Leisure, Sport and Tourism (Hospitality, Leisure, Sport and Tourism) were scanned and the recreational service quality studies were examined. In the studies examined; In recent years, it has been determined that there is a significant increase in the quality of recreational service quality, it is mostly composed of quantitative studies, the most American is selected as the place of application and the SERVQUAL scale is used the most.
