Özet

Free tissue transfer is an essential part of the head and neck reconstruction. Despite several flap options, free perforator flaps have become very popular for head and neck. Anterolateral thigh perforator flap has multiple advantages among other options and is preferred by most of the reconstructive microsurgeons. Besides its advantages, sometimes it is impossible to harvest an anterolateral thigh perforator flap, and the surgeon has to shift to another option.
