Abstract

In this study we researched the effects of single dose applied tenoxicam, diclofenac and keterolac after anaestthesia induction of the posoperative analgesia and the level of the cortisone which shows the stress responce of the body.

As result, in the early postoperative period the aplication of single dose of NSAI, the best analgesia was goten from keterolac. In the late periods the best result was obtained from tenoxicam. Also in this study we did not observe any effect of NSAI onthe stress response.
